"Above Round Butte" steelhead caught on video

I was recently contacted by the fishheads at PGE, informing me that we have possibly the first and only "above Round Butte" steelhead caught on video... at 2:28 you will notice the steelhead has a right maxillary clip, and an adipose fin. This is the tell tail sign of a steelhead destined for the waters upstream from Lake Billy Chinook.

Only ten of these steelhead have been caught in the Pelton Trap so far.
